February 1, 2007: EUPOSIA (editorial by Giuseppe Poli). Our 2002 Tenuta Rocca Barolois rated among the best with the following tasting notes (score 85/100) Garnet red in colour. At first, notes of wood and spices arise, giving space to delicate cherry and mint sensations. The taste is soft and made precious by a mineral touch. Of good freshness and medium structure. Tannins are slightly dry, but the persistance is good and very much focused on the fruit element.
