Chardonnay Langhe DOC Chiara |
|

DOC Langhe Chiara Chardonnay is produced from grapes grown in the Tenuta Rocca vineyard.
The bottles must be stored in a fresh place, away from heat and light sources. In proper storing conditions this wine can be aged and enjoyed for 8/10 years.
The green harvest takes place about ten days before the grapes are ready for picking, generally end August/beginning September. Grapes are picked and chosen by hand and are softly pressed. The must is added with selected yeasts to preserve the natural aromas of the fruit. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are carried out in French Allier barriques.
Colour: Brilliant, straw yellow with slightly green reflections.
Bouquet: Very intense and floral (acacia), fruity (pineapple, banana, citrus), honey, butter.
Taste: Very harmonious, full, with a finish that reminds you of the sensations perceived at the nose, plus a pleasant and moderate note of toasted hazelnut.
Serving tips: Serve at 16° C with Piedmontese hors d’oeuvre (quite rich), fois gras, pasta and fish dishes when well seasoned, white meats.
